I was a recreational Gymnast from a young age and I competed in regional competitions.
I went in to coaching Gymnastics at the age of 14 and did my first coaching qualification at the age of 16 years, so I have now been coaching for just over 20 years, mainly in purpose built Gymnastic clubs, allowing me to gain much experience needed to run my own club and create a gymnastic programme for pre-school and after school classes that suits all ages and abilities.
What we offer
- 45 minute Pre-school class: 18 month to 4 year old mixed gender; these will include parent & child classes, these sessions allow children to learn through exploration and play and the children we have the opportunity to take part in British Gymnastics Fundamental Badge scheme.
- Independent Gymnastics: 1 hour school aged Gymnastics classes for 4 years (reception) -14 year olds -Mixed gender classes developing skills such as rolling, cartwheels, headstand & handstands.

- 1 on 1 Courses: Tailored 1 to 1 Courses available on request
